The client is informed that totally exhaustive inspections are available at a much higher cost, and may involve the hiring of outside contractors, the dismantling of property components, and the possibility of damage to the structure. The client(s) and any additional interested parties agree not to hold the inspector or the inspection firm liable in any form or fashion for more than the inspection fee(s).

A property inspection intends to be through, but does not guarantee that every defective condition will be found, or every item will be accurately or fully interpreted. This report is not an insurance policy, and the client should be aware that extended warranties are available if desired. An inspection report intends to indicate which items were inspected, and the client should understand that due to homes which are occupied, related property conditions, or the lack of adequate accessibility may hinder accurate findings.
