Previous repairs noted, water stained decking and structural members, recommend all PEX supply lines be properly insulated.

Drain line leak.

Possible shower pan leak.

Sink overflow drain leak.

Blocked weep holes in the master bathroom shower.

Drain line not properly connected under structure.

Inoperative exterior hose bibb.

Inappropriate distance from toilet to wall.

Possible tainted water from a well.

Missing shut off valve handle.

The clothes washer hose bibs show evidence of corrosion. 

Recommend all PEX supply lines be properly insulated.
