Per current accepted trade practices, a proper sized handrail (1 1/4” X 2 5/8”) should be added to the existing hand rail.
Extensive soil erosion was noted along the east foundation wall. Repairs should be undertaken to prevent additional erosion and preserve the foundation integrity.

Per current accepted trade practices, a hand rail should be added to the steps.  Hand rails should be provided when an elevation change of 2 or more risers occurs.
Form board left in the foundation.
The deck at the rear of the house appears to have been built at grade level.  This condition is prone to rot and insect activity.
