It is recommended all clients read the home inspection Service Contract prior to the home inspection. If questions arise after reading the Service Contract, please address those questions with the inspector prior to the inspection. Whether you are present or not present at the inspection, you will be asked to initial and sign the Service Contact (can fill out digitally).
If the home to be inspected has a swimming pool and/or a spa, please read the Service Contract for the swimming pool and spa. If questions arise after reading the Swimming Pool and Spa Service Contract, please address those questions with the inspector prior to the inspection. Whether you are present or not present at the inspection, you will be asked to initial (can fill out digitally)
